These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the España Live mobile application, website, subscription services, streaming functionality, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Whet Media (“España Live,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and authorize any subscription or purchase.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
Activity conducted through your account
Using accurate registration information
Promptly notifying us about suspected unauthorized access
You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse an account in a manner not permitted by the applicable subscription plan.
We may require email or telephone verification to create, recover, or secure an account.
4. The Service
España Live provides access to digital television, video, audio, program information, and related multimedia functionality through compatible devices and an Internet connection.
Available channels, programs, features, languages, and geographic availability may change because of licensing rights, broadcaster decisions, legal requirements, technical limitations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some content may be unavailable or restricted in particular countries or regions. We may use your approximate region, derived from your Internet connection, to apply these restrictions.
An adequate Internet connection and compatible device are required. Your Internet or mobile provider may charge data or network fees, for which you are responsible.
5. España Standard Monthly Subscription
España Live offers an auto-renewable subscription currently identified as:
España Standard Monthly
Subscription period: one month
The subscription price is displayed in the app’s purchase screen before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing.
The subscription provides access to the features and content described on the purchase screen, subject to content availability, geographic rights, and these Terms.
6. App Store Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions purchased on iPhone or iPad are processed by Apple through the App Store.
When you confirm a purchase:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
The subscription automatically renews for successive one-month periods unless you cancel it before the renewal is processed.
Renewal is charged to your Apple Account at the price shown by Apple.
You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting the app or signing out does not automatically cancel a subscription.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Refund eligibility and payment disputes for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law. You may request assistance from Apple at:

7. Restoring Purchases
The app may provide a Restore Purchase function. Restoration requires the Apple Account originally used to purchase the subscription.
A restored App Store transaction may need to be verified before subscription access is activated.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel an Apple subscription through:
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → España Live → Cancel Subscription
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid subscription period. Unless required by law, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the current period.
You will retain access until the subscription expires, provided the transaction remains valid and the account complies with these Terms.
9. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell, or publicly display protected content without authorization
Share or resell account access
Circumvent geographic, subscription, device, access, or security restrictions
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the app’s source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
Interfere with servers, networks, playback systems, or other users
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, monitor, or overload the Service
Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
Use the Service to violate copyright, privacy, or other applicable laws
Misrepresent your identity or transaction status
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
The app, software, branding, interface, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Whet Media and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Television channels, programs, logos, recordings, and other content remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Service during the active subscription period. It does not transfer ownership of any software or content.
11. Apple Standard EULA
The license to use the iOS application is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement:

These Terms govern the España Live account, content, and subscription service. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the licensed iOS application. If there is a conflict regarding the app license, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to the extent applicable.
Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting the España Live service except as required under Apple’s applicable terms.

13. Availability and Changes
We work to provide a reliable Service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or remove features or content where reasonably necessary because of:
Content or licensing changes
Broadcaster decisions
Security or technical requirements
Legal or regulatory obligations
Maintenance or service improvements
Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You materially violate these Terms
A subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, or found invalid
We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
Suspension is necessary to protect users, licensors, or the Service
We are required to do so by law
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use or deleting the app does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Content schedules, channel availability, program information, and stream quality can be affected by broadcasters, licensors, Internet connectivity, device compatibility, geographic restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whet Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer-protection rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, subscription offering, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
19. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights provided by the laws of your country of residence.
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you retain all mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
